The Impact Of Independent Schools On The British Economy

Oxford Economics were commissioned by the Independent Schools Council, on behalf of their 1,205 schools in Britain, to assess the economic contribution made by those schools annually. This report shows that private schools contribute £11.7bn to Britain each year, making them more significant for the country’s gross domestic product than the BBC or Liverpool’s economy.
