Reducing bullying amongst the worst affected

This report was commissioned by the DCSF and carried out between 2009 and 2010. It was published in September. The research included desk research, discussions with experts and discussions with some young people. It claims that bullying affects most school children in the UK at some point either as a victim, a bully or as a bystander. Children with SEN are more likely to be bullied as anyone with a ‘perceived difference’ is likely to be a target.
