Internship or Indenture?
Internships have become a prominent feature of the UK jobs landscape. This research from education charity, Sutton Trust, suggests taking an unpaid internship can cost an individual £926 a month in London or £804 in Manchester, and so the cost of working for nothing rules out all but the wealthy.
