This consultation outlines Ofsted’s our proposals for inspections of early years provision from September 2008 in response to changes introduced by the Childcare Act 2006. It also seeks views on a number of aspects specifically relating to the inspections of early years settings. OfSTED will publish a summary of the key outcomes of the consultation during spring 2008.
