The study indicates that a substantial 66% are willing to leave their current roles for opportunities that better align with their personal values and sense of purpose. This growing desire for meaningful work is highlighted by the finding that 52% of professionals have shifted their career priorities in the last five years to seek purpose and impact.

The report underscores a disconnect between professionals' careers and their well-being, as only 35% report their current jobs positively impact their mental health, despite 89.9% acknowledging the positive correlation between purpose and mental well-being.

Continuous learning and personal growth are identified as key components of purpose by 58.4% of respondents, signalling the importance of adaptability in the evolving job market.

Employees are increasingly looking to employers for support in aligning their values with their careers, with 61.3% desiring professional development in impactful fields and 51.1% seeking financial support for further education.
