Miss, is this really ours?

Education policies have a mixed record in tackling social disadvantage. But collaboration between schools, school-wide policies and community involvement have all been shown to make a real difference where there is a shared vision in the school governance. In this article, we look at change through the eyes of a Chair of Governors, a Head Teacher and a Chair of the Trust at an initiative that takes on change.
