We may make available through the Site or through other Web sites Product Samples. Product Samples are provided on a non-exclusive license basis only for your personal review and for non-commercial purposes, without any right to re-license, sublicense, distribute, assign or transfer such license. In doing so, you may not remove or in any way alter any trademarks, copyright, or other proprietary notice. The samples are provided ‘as is.’

Prices and availability are subject to change without notification. All prices are in GB Pounds.
UK Delivery – within 3 – 5 Working Days
Overseas Delivery – within 5 – 7 Working Days
Please note, where there is very high demand, delivery may take up to 28 Days.
Customers who are VAT exempt or zero-rated must provide, upon request, copies of appropriate documentation, endorsed by Customs & Excise, in order for VAT not to be charged on consumable products.
8. Orders and Payments
All orders with online payment are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. It is your responsibility for ensuring the details you give are correct and complete. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from Imaginative Minds any credit information you supply is true and complete. You guarantee that all charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment card issuer, and that you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
When placing your order online your credit/debit card will be debited when you click the order button.
We will acknowledge your order by sending you a confirmation email. Goods are subject to availability.
9. Returns
If you wish to request a return, please email us at enquiries@teachingtimes.com, giving your account number, purchase or invoice date and reason for return. Unauthorised returns and returns after 30 days of invoicing / delivery will not be accepted. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Registration
To purchase products, access special content, and signup for services you may be required to register and/or create a personal account. If registration is requested, you agree to provide Imaginative Minds with accurate, complete registration information. When requested during registration(s), you must use your real name and accurate information. To the best of our capabilities, we do not allow any other non-Imaginative Minds employee or representative to access your account unless they provide the proper identifying information. It is your responsibility to safeguard you login information and prevent unauthorized use. We disclaim liability against incorrect actions taken by us as a result of receiving bad information from you during or any part of the registration process.
Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
11. Errors, Corrections and Changes
We make our best efforts to provide the most accurate information on our Site, however, we do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected; nor do we represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Non-contractual obligations (if any) arising out of or in connection with this agreement (including contract information) shall be governed by the law of England. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Imaginative Minds Ltd and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
15. Non-transferable
Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.
16. Use of Information
We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. All remarks, reviews, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated by you to Imaginative Minds Ltd will become property of Imaginative Minds.
We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas (including without limitation, product, service or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our future products, services or operations. Without limitation, we will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Academic Users (which are: academic entities, academic individuals, and product creators) do not require permission to establish links from their Web site to our site and/or specific Web Pages. Commercial Users (which are: commercial entities, individuals conducting commercial activity, and for-profit entities) do require written permission from Imaginative Minds prior to establishing links to our site and/or specific Web Pages. In the establishment of a link, content on our site may not removed or obscured, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on the Site and that the site linking to our site does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities. Imaginative Minds Ltd reserves the right request that links be removed and you agree to discontinue the links immediately upon request by us.

As part of the registration and/or account information, Imaginative Minds may require your email address. If an email address is required, you agree to provide Imaginative Minds with a working address for which you can access.
