Nursery rhymes can be a starting point for a wide range of activities and investigations. In this book ‘Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary’ introduces topics like the garden and caring for the environment, while ‘Polly Put the Kettle On’ leads children to investigate tea-making and where tea comes from.
