Simon Jenner
Dr Simon Jenner has spent many years working in the field of SEN and disabilities.
In 2004 his doctorate, at the University of Birmingham, Simon investigated how to introduce system change around a local authority inclusion strategy. Moving to the North West, initially as a Principal Educational Psychologist, then as a manager of a wide range of support services for SEN and attendance, he commenced work in Blackpool in 2012 to lead on the SEND changes that became part of the Children and Families Act.
