Robert Pham Xuan

Robert Pham Xuan is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of School Development and Leadership Research at the University of Innsbruck. His research focuses on social inequality in multi-track school systems, attitudes and beliefs of educational staff and the development of methodological approaches in empirical educational research.
