Christopher Chapman

Professor Christopher Chapman is Chair of Educational Policy and Practice at the University of Glasgow and Director of the Robert Owen Centre for Educational Change.

Christopher has undertaken extensive research into networking and collaboration including local government partnerships and school federations, the emergence of school networks, academy chains and broader independent state-funded schools movement since 2002.
