Ben Fuller
Ben Fuller joined Hertfordshire’s assessment team as an adviser in 2005 and became the Lead Assessment Adviser at Herts for Learning in 2014. He served as the President of AAIA (the Association for Achievement and Improvement through Assessment) from October 2015 to October 2018.
Ben is a firm believer in the power of good assessment practice to inform and improve teaching and learning and has supported schools in developing their formative assessment practice through action research. He takes an analytical approach to the use of school data to inform self-evaluation and pinpoint areas for improvement.
